I am so sad 😞 ,I don’t even know where to begin

I am so sad 😞 ,I don’t even know where to begin . Telkom is debiting my account without my consent. I declined their offer , but they did what the wanted in my bank account . When the sales person called me they we’re running a promotion for R149 but when they forwarded an sms of approval it was a different amount of R199 . I have been trying to resolve this issue for over a year now and I am not winning. When I reverse their debit the charge me more . Telkom is a bad bad service provider and customers do not get any assistance
