I am so disappointed with Telkom, year's back, someone took a contract phone using my personal information from my capitec bank. I notified the company about the issue but every time when I call the company, they don't give me the straigj answer about the phone, like where was the phone delivered. who signed up for it. Nothing even on this date, the company is still doing the investigation since I lodged the complaint. They sent me their attorneys to request their payment, and when I told them that I did not take the phone, they don't want to understand. It took MTN 4 months to clear my name with the same issue. This company is destroying my reputation, I can't buy a car because I am told I owe TELKOM money.
