I am so disappointed at how Telkom insurance operate and how they lie and mislead people

I am so disappointed at how Telkom insurance operate and how they lie and mislead people.💔💔 I have an iPhone13 that I gave in at Telkom store to give my Telkom insurance to fix. I am really frustrated at Telkom insurance I never thought I will have so much struggle in getting my phone fixed because of going back and fourth about the wrong access fee that they want me to pay. On my contract it is stated that I have to pay 10percent of the repair amount and I signed for that and I still have my contract. When I called Telkom insurance they said I need to pay 15percent access fee of which it is not stated on the contract and I find it as ****ming people about that because I was never sent any communication about a new updated contract and I never signed for any new contract.
