I am shocked by Telkom, I trusted the company

<p>I got a couple of calls from Telkom in 2016 telling me about a special. I would get 2G data anytime and 8G data from 00;00-05;00, this would cost me R99 a month. I was sceptical at 1st but eventually agreed just for the 2G because the 8 wouldnt be convinient for me. The 1st month I paid R239 which was way above the R99, 2nd month R607. Apparently I never got the R99 special and some long story. I am so disappointed. Why would such a big company cheat people out of hard earned money. My account number is ********** 76 and I really need help to get out of this trap.</p>
