I am shocked!!!

<p>I phoned telkom and i am shocked to say the following. For many years, when calling telkom, it took me about 15min to reach the call centre. And today i called in and it was less then 10 seconds, and my call got an answer. VERY IMPRESSED!!!! Thabiso, a call assistant, assisted me and within 5min everything was sorted out. He was so professional over the phone and very friendly. Thank you Telkom for your great service, i am glad you are becoming better and better !! Even here in Newcastle, the technicians are quick and very good!!! I will recommend you to all !!!</p>
