I am reporting on Telkom

I am reporting on Telkom. I bought a new phone on 11th March and part of the deal was a R500 accessories voucher and 3 months of Prime Video free. To date I have not received either of these items. I have been back to the Cresta store twice and waited for ages to get my complaint resolved. To date I have still not been assisted. Thank you, Loraine Harris
