I am paying for a service that I am not getting

I am paying for a service that I am not getting. I have been out of data on my cellphone, each time I call the customer care, I am told to restart my phone. I have done it a thousand times and still no coverage of data. If anyone sign up with them know that you will sit for days without coverage. If Useless was a service provider Telkom is.
