I am paying an unknown account on my name

So last month I found out there were two wi-fi contracts under my name on telkom and I immediately called and asked why cos I only took one, no explanation was given. I was told the other one is Tshepo whoever and I asked they get it sorted and I was told I've been paying for that Tshepo account and the one under my name was in arrears from May - date and I'll have to pay R3000+ I asked they assist with cancelling the contract and kept doing follow ups and I received no response from them. . Today they withdrawn R2800 instead of the 900 initial contract amount so I assume it is for the account that's owing but also this is causing a major setback on my side cos no 1 I only took 1 contract that I have faithfully been paying dukuduku I've been paying for a ghost account. Really I don't what to do, where to go or where to start... please advise ☹
