I am Kwena SEEMA and sadly i have a problem with one of the simcards i took on contract with Telkom which has been suspended since January and when I consulted time in and out i was told that its due to non-payment they claimed and the kept on telling me that the simcard is back online whereas it isn’t as of late. I have been paying for the sim card till to date but never got to use the services due to their prolonged suspension. I’ll appreciate it if you can help me reopen the simcard and load the data inclusive of the one i never got to use but paid for.
