I am fed up with Telkom Mobile's horrible service.... I am ready to cancel my contract

For the past 4 months I have been trying to get an account error sorted out with Telkom Mobile.... I have spoken to numerous agents who has promised me time after time that the matter would be resolved, until today, I have had no joy... They cut my line for a mistake they made and is expecting me, the client, to pay for this..... Here's a mail I sent to ********** on the 18th July.... To date no one has come back to me... and to top it all, they tried to debit my account on the 13th July.... where my debit order date is on the 25th.... but they debited my account again on the 25th, thus, my payment went off..... Yet again yesterday, I received a message to say they are going to suspend my line due to my account being overdue.... According to me.... it's ***** to deduct monies from clients without their consent.... someone, please help me

Dear Sir / Madam

I write this mail today, as an extremely unhappy customer.....

I have 3 contracts with Telkom that I have always paid on time without fail....

For the past 3 months I have had to phone each month, due to the fact my account was not debited on the correct date and I was told to make a cash payment and that it would not go off again at the end of the month... my account was still debited...

They have now suspended my line due to a mistake that was made on your side.... Please explain to me how you can charge a customer for an internal mistake.... I need this matter resolved please... I will not pay for the mistakes of Telkom staff, if need be, I will take the matter further, as this is *****, deducting monies from my account without my consent...

Please see below the payment trail on my account since January this year. The numbers in question, is as follows

* ********** / ********** / **********

January Bill was R861.00, my account was debited on the 25th, which is correct

February Bill was R428.00, my account was debited on the 26th, which is correct

March Bill was R672.94, my account was debited on the 26th, which is correct

April bill was R1096.71, no debit order was taken off on the 25th or 26th, I phoned Telkom and they advised that I should make a cash payment, which I did on the 30th for R1100.00. and asked them to correct my debit order date so payment goes off on the 25th. On the 30th, they debited my account, drawing my account into a minus

May Bill was R932.19, no debit order was taken off on the 25th or 26th, once again, I phoned Telkom and they advised that I should make a cash payment, once again, I asked them to correct my debit order date, I made payment of R950.00 on the 26th. On the 31st, they once again tried to debit my account, once again drawing my account in a minus...

June payment was again not debited from my account, so , once again, I had to phone Telkom on the 26th, and do their job for them... I phoned and the lady confirmed that I needed to make a payment of R1297.00, which I made on the 26th June... again, I asked her to amend the date and she assured me that no payment would go off at the end of the month... again, on the 31st, Telkom tried to debit my account for R367 odd, I phoned Telkom on the 2nd and they explained that it was a mistake on their side that would be remedied soonest....

On the 9th of July, I phoned again, to make sure my debit order date for July is correct, they assured me that payment would go off correctly this month..... You tell me, if you were the client, would you be happy with service like this... I will give you till end of this week to fix the problem, if not, I will be taking the matter further....Please feel free to listen to the call recordings... You will learn that I had to phone twice to get my wi-fi router ( ********** ) blocked, as even this wasn't done right the first time...

Telkom promotes excellent service, this is why I chose them, but if this is the "excellent" service, I would rather chose a different service provider in future

Looking forward to hearing from you soon
