I am extremely frustrated

I am extremely frustrated. I wanted to take up their offer of R10 for 1GB that lasts for 24 hours that they advertised on page 25 of their MONATE magazine. I phoned four times and not one person could help me to organise this. In the end they said I have to go into the branch. This is terrible service when all I wanted was to get what they advertised. Terrible customer service.
