I AM DONE WITH THIS COMPANY

I have been dealing with a faulty ADSL line for years. I have never had a stable connection, nor the full 10Mbit line speed which I have been paying for. After countless efforts to have my line fixed and many fruitless calls with your support line, my line is in the worst state it has ever been. I am absolutely fed up. Your customer support is absolutely useless, your technicians acknowledge that your infrastructure is inadequate, and your business practices as a whole are absolutely disgusting. You are the worst company I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. I want my telephone and ADSL line cancelled, and funnily enough, when requesting that from you, I received no response; how convenient. And dare I stop paying for this apalling service when I stop using it, I'll have your shady establishment blacklist my name. I am eagarly awaiting for your company to crash and burn. Everyone who has ever dealt with you knows you deserve it.
