i am currently using telkom uncapped lte

i am currently using telkom uncapped lte . this internet contract is not cheap. every weekend the internet conviently goes down . we struggle to stream anything. i am at my wits end with this ******* company. customer service is non existent . my lte internet is down from yesterday. at the moment in phoenix durban. the ping is 100ms and download speed is 0.30 mbps from yesterday. trying to get the fault registered is a trying experience with all the recorded voice prompts. really frustrating because my account is debited every month without fail . really fed up with ******* service from telkom .
