I am cancelling my contract...

I took a contract deal with telkom...they had a special going for Samsung A71 with Samsung buds for R449x24 months...they sent the fone but the buds were not included, its been over a month now trying to get the buds but they keep telling me " we will escalate the matter"...some of the agents will tell me that i should claim it on the samsung website, but there is no option for that...when i emailed samsung they told me that the promotion had ended and i should have claimed before the closing date but telkom is saying i must claim on the samsung site some agents will tell me it should have came with the fone,like i dont kniw which is which now...now im basically paying for a package i did not ask for...no one is helping, ive even started keeping records of my attempts to communicate with them because i want to cancel the contract since they can't give me what i ordered....
