I am blacklisted by Telkom for an internet line, yet I am with Mweb

Telkom has blacklisted me after making numerous phone calls and sending emails. I have emailed Eva Sithole-Seleke who has escalated the issue and asked to cancel the line, yet nothing. I do not have internet or data with Telkom. I am using MWEB. Here are some Ref no ********** , ********** , ********** , ********** 91. I also have an escalation ref ********** . Names of consultants we spoke to Zack, kaylin, Geraldine Raymond, khetiwe, Lucretia, Nelisa, Mhlonishwa Shabame. This is all the people we conversed with and it was a headache. The worst experience ever. There are more ref nos but I cant find them all now. Telkom service is PATHETIC. I spent hours and hours on the phone. Please can you remove my name from the BLACKLIST.
