i am being ****** by telkom as i pay for a service i dont get!!!

i have no internet from yesterday, i called in 3 times so far and to no help.i pay my bill why cant i get help??? im so tired of telkom, everytime i call they tell me somebody is working on my issue but its been 24 hours without service and im loosing money without internet.Telkom SA: Dear Customer, Fault *** has been created for Fixed Voice Product ***.
