I am being made victim by Telkom.

I signed mobile contract with Telkom mobile in April 2018, we agreed on 449.00 as the amount to be deducted from my account monthly, it was also agreed that they will never exceed 1.00. initial amount was deducted beginning May, Telkom never debited my account in June that led me paying +2000 which I did not understand. I missed August payment of 449.00. That led to the be billed 1 500 which was debited to my account on the 14th of September, again they debited 1 500 on 16th which bounced, they again debited +700, and 1 500 which went through. There is no way that I can communicate with them cos my Telkom number has been locked since August up to now and there is no Telkom shop here in Mthatha. I feel that I am the victim of Telkom with my money.
