I am being de*****ed by Telkom Mobile for R 6,500

It has been over a month since I have logged my first complaint on Hello Peter, reference number SM133492,<br> My query has been completely disregarded, with the reasons being that i have continued to follow up with you departments and specialist consultants ( Eric, Bongani, Fridah) on a weekly basis, as to the progress of my query, all you have come back to me time and time again, is that the matter is being investigated by your billing department, the last response from you was on 03 September 2015..\.WOW kudos to for a pathetic job well done"<br> but absolutely sweet nothing has been done"
