I am at my wits end.

Telkom is still debiting my account. After almost a year of giving them notice, asking for my money back that they owe me and using a different service provider, they are debiting my account to the tune of R6000. On top of that they are listing me a as a bad payer on itc. I don't know what to do anymore. These guys don't run their business and systems properly and we bear the brunt of it. My next step is to lay a charge against telkom with the police because I have no other way of dealing with these guys.
