I am absolutely beyond disappointed

I am absolutely fed up with Telkom’s service. For the third time, I’ve had a complete LTE outage on my Huawei B*** router (SIM: ***), and I live in Alice, Happy Rest, Eastern Cape. Despite paying every month, the service is completely unreliable. I’ve tried multiple times to fix it restarting, inserted the sim card in my phone did multiple reboots but nothing works. This is the third time, and it’s unacceptable. I would never recommend Telkom again!
