I am a ***** for taking a contract with Telkom. Don't be a *****. Stay away from them

Telkom seems to operate on the premise that its customers are *****s first and then o from there. So I took out a contract with Telkom (which probably makes me a *****) in November 2018 and I specifically told HOpe at the Woodlands Telkom that I wanted a spend limit of zero meaning that I did not want to pay anything more than the agree fee of R399 per month. They just billed me R501.00. What sense does that make? So I call customer service and Nthabiseng tells me that my spend limit is R500 (please not that R500 is less than the billed R501 anyway). She says there is nothing she can do. She says I must drive to a telkom store to confront the people at the store because she does not deal with "paper contracts". What ****ery is this? Telkom must make this right. Why did they allow me to make calls beyond the spend limit I agreed on with Hope?

I decided I am not renewing this cintract when it ends because Telkom thinks I am a doos. I want my money back.
