I actually am speechless about this experience

I got a contract beginning of August 2016 at Mall of Africa. In the process I explained to the consultant that I wanted R0 spend limit should I deplete the data that comes with the contract package. She made me sign a form and write "Zero" next to the Spend Limit line item. She told me that she would load that onto the sytem so that no 'extra data gets loaded on my sim' (If I can put it that way). Fats forward to two days ago when I received my bill from Telkom. Suprised to see data charges on the bill, I call the call centre to find out why this is theh case. The call centre agent tells me that my spend limit is R500 and something and not R0. The agent further explains that I was supposed to call the call centre after getting my contract to reduce my limit to R0. I explained to her what happended when I was aplying for the contract and she said unfortunately she can't help me. So I head to MOA, fortunately the lady that assisted me was at the branch. I explained to her the story, showed her my bill, and asked her to pull my contract and the other docs she made me sign so I can prove that what i was saying is true. Fine, the docs do prove waht I explained to her. She says I should have received an sms to say that my data is being depleted and I should constatntly monitor my data usage - I didn't get the sms's because the sim is in my iPad, and I didn't see the need to monitor the usage as I was under the impression that my spend limit is zero, and I re**** on her to load that on the system like she said she would. Then she tells me a long story of how they are not supposed to change spend limits on the branch, that can only be done by call centre agents (mind you, she didn't tell me this when I was applying), she would do it for me as a favour, but she got busy and forgot to do it. This is a very long story, but to cut it short she told me there's nothing she can do I must just pay the money, the lady didn't want to admit that what she made a mistake in not disclosing all the information and not loading my spend limit. I literally had to force her to admit her mistake. I asked to speak to the manager about my matter, the manager was apparetly very busy he couldn't even spare 10 seconds to come and greet me and set up an appointment. He instrcted his staff to tell me to wait an hour for him in he store. I sent him an email while sitting in the store requsting a meeting with him. I asked him to reply while I was there- hisresponse was that he willl reply when he's free..... I was very disappointed at the service, more specally from the manager. If you have a dissatisfied customer in your store,, the least you can do is show your face and acknowledge the customer and his complaint. No one says solve the problem on the spot! Atleast make the customer feel valuable. If this is what I need to go through o resolve issues with Telkom then I don't ever wanna deal with them. My bill is not that high, I actually was prepared to pay it in fulll after voicing my dissatisfaction, however after my visit to the store I am cancelling my contract.
