Hypocrisy

Telkom excuses and always taking their time, telkom can no longer supply me with internet services but now they have to refund me and everytime I send an email with what was asked they are short of something else, I've been trying for more than a week for them to refund me, they are quick enough to say when you owe them money yet when it's the other way around they take their time.
