HUNG UP ON BY A STAFF MEMBER

I have had a problem with my internet line all day, I literally just phoned Telkom to complain about my internet line only to start to tell one of your FEMALE staff members the problem when i RUDELY hung up on!!! What kind of service is this? I am utterly disgusted with the service I am receiving with one of the members of your night staff at Telkom.
