Humiliated

I had the worst service ever...so I go to Telkom store in Rusternburg to get a sim swap,the Telkom store they tell me to go to Kiosk Telkom to be assisted there...I go to there and I find Kethusegile Diphoko she's busy playing with her phone and chatting with her colleague and ignoring me as if I'm not there...I probably waited for 10min until her colleague told her to assist us,she then turns her us with a bad attitude and not even greeting us,I greeted her,told her that we assistance to unblock a a number and do sim swap, I explained that I was sent to the Kiosk by the other Telkom,she then laughed at me as if I'm a fool, I felt so humiliated...I asked her to share the joke,she asked why the other Telkom didn't assist us,and her colleague told her to assist us and stop asking us such questions...why do they behave as if they're doing customers a favor by assisting us... I'm very disappointed cause Telkom used to have the best service ever...
