Huge THUMBS DOWN to Telkom Mobile

I entered into a telephonic contract with Telkom for a mobile Wifi rooter and 10GB data, in October 2016. Reported it as "not working" in Nov 2016. After numerous calls to them, and being transferred from division to division, I've reverted to e-mails. Then I was handed over by Telkom to Nudebt, due to the fact that I reversed every debit order they took from my bank account, while the dispute was in progress. They sent a technician out just before New Years in 2016, who in turn reported to Telkom that I fall outside the Wifi network area, suggesting that they cancel my contract. Still, after numerous emails and calls during 2016 and 2017, they now handed me over to an Attorney, and blacklisted me. Never, ever, will I recommend Telkom service to anyone!! PS: This company should get MINUS STAR ratings!!
