HUGE DISAPPOINTMENT - Keep on being referred to different departments

have been trying to get assistance via telkom chat since all the other communication channels i.e. face-to-face and telephonic are ridiculously *********** and useless. after being transferred to the chat by a telephonic agent - I AM NOW BEING REFERRED TO A TELEPHONIC AGENT BY TELKOM CHAT.

Need urgent feedback, TELKOM. This company is a HUGE DISAPPOINTMENT!
