Huge Disappointment from nedbank and telkom

To whom it may concern

I am fezeka nsibande.. Recently lost my phone and did report the loss to the police and black listed the mobile to telkom... Spoke to a guy whose name I cannot recall who adviced me that it is necessary to block the number as well not just the phone, of which I did and was adviced to wait approximately 5 to 24hrs for the itc that I did not receive... In the morning I phoned again for the follow up and I spoke to no thando if I'm not mistaken who then assisted me with the itc straight away and said to me there is no record of me blacklisting the phone before and only to find out that yesterday my bank account which is nedbank was hacked into and a transaction of 2500 was withdrawn and sent to my cousin in Mandeni who is my recepient as well and the hacker phoned him back and said to him they have deposited the money to him by mistake and can he kindly send it back to Them and he did... On that very weekend I remember getting a voice note from them asking me if I sent them money and I confidently said no because I had no phone at the time and he said to me someone whose claiming they know me is asking for their money back which they sent by mistake and I told them I had no idea of that money not knowing its the money hacked from my account... I was only able to see this transaction yesterday when I printed the statement from the atm and could not access my app as Nedbank as already blocked it coz they said they suspected *****...
