Huge business inconvenience by Telkom Mobilep0

Today around 9am my prepaid cellphone was cut off the network by Telkom Mobile. I then called and spoke to Nompumelelo and Bongani from their call center in JHB. They claimed it was cut of because I had not been using it, which is strange because I use it for business daily. The matter was escalated to their manager Lerato Boeleo who didn't even have the decency to speak to me and just asked Nompumelelo to take my details. It is now 18:10 and no word from Telekom.
