Huge bill on service that was not stoped

After 2 years telkom still did not cancel service after 2 attempts via telkom service center and 2 via email to cancellations. Trying to explain this to anyone at telkom does not have an effect. Now my amount dew is R 20 000.00. How should it be sorted when you can not go and see anybody about the account.
