<p>Good morning</p> <p> </p> <p>I receive the call early this month from Mondo Telkom for the promotion of HUEWI Y3II gold ,when the sales person called me she told me that they have promotion on their company and I told the person that am looking for smart phone which is nice phone the person told me that the selling HUEWEI Y3II hey do have the phone in gold and the as no problem hey going to give me the very same colour. On the 06/04/2017 the courier the delivered the phone then I signed the document after the delivery man has gone I open and released that the colour of the phone is black of which I didn’t order a black phone , then immediately on the same day I phone them and let them know that the delivered the wrong phone colour and they told me that once you open the package you can’t retained it according to phone devices you allowed to return the phone device within 7 days. Starting I was calling them to activate the device the told me that it going to be activated yesterday again today I called them to activate but until now it’s not activated.
