Huawei/Telkom Failing to repair their own product

<p>My phone started exoeriencing speaker issues (could not hear people on the other end) , Took it in for repairs the first time and and after a week a so they said i could go and collect it, got home after it came back from repairs but problem was not fixed when i checked the technicians note they changed the ringtone speaker for some odd reason .. So the following day i took it back to telkom and they booked it in again, but like the first time they said the phone has been repaired went to collect and but this time i tested it in the store and problem was still not fixed, immidiatly booked it in again and today they went to collect the phone because they said it had been repaired but it still had the same problem instead they changed the phones motherboard , tried calling repairs while at telkom but no answer... If Telkom/Hauwei cannot emply people who are capable of fixed the products they cell then they should not sell the product to begin with</p>
