Huawei Sandton is bad on service

Huawei horrible service at sandton....first we take a contract with them on the Y70 p and they put me on freeme plan from telkom now they take morethan the amount we agreed on and when i ask they say i should go ask telkom why.....why did i take the contract with huawei then .
