Huawei nova phone ***
I took contract with Telkom , Plaza branch in Durban on May , after my first payment the screen of the phone went blank (LCD) I took it back for repairs they gave me stories and said I must go bridge city, went there and again I was given stories and they also said I must go back to plaza, I'm wasting my petrol and time being sent from pillar to post for a simple thing , highly angry

I'm beyond ****ed off, they are ****** and *********** , they don't want to take back the device because they saying they don't have courier bags , as a paying customer how the hell is that my problem? . sad part is ill be billed for a device that I'm not using. i need assistance please or I'm seeking legal advice. ***
