Huawei Nightmare

<p>I took out a contract in November 2015 ,3 weeks later the phone was found to be faulty and it was replaced with a new one,now 6 months later the phone is faulty again ,i took it back on the 29/07/2016, then i received an sms to say il have my phone back in 4 days...but after a week not hearing anything i went to telkom mobile only to find they forgot to give me a ring, then i was handed my phone i asked the consultant to check if all was okay while i was reading the advisor's report,amazingly the advisor report said the main Board was replaced,and to me it sounded like a new car's chasis being replaced without the client's consent,so i did not take back the phone ,i would appreciate a new phone or termination of the contract with no penalty fees</p>
