Huawei needs to be specific about the types of phones sold and their consultants need to be more helpful than useless and Telkcom staff need to be more educated on brands of phones sold

You know when purchasing a phone from Telkcom the Huawei consultant is not friendly neither do the staff working at the store tells you the type of phone you are purchasing is not certain app compatability especially when you need certain apps that pertaining to work purposes. So you stuck with a phone which is of no use as another needs to purchased to ensure Google play store apps are compatible. Really sad how customers are treated especially when they are good for selling devices without proper knowledge or selling because they need commission. Even when you are having a problem with the phone you need proof of that otherwise they can't take the phone back yet when we buy an item no T&Cs tell us we need to video the phone not working properly to send it back. That's the attitude you get from consultants who are more interested on their phones than assisting the customer.
