Huawei gifts not recieved... Its been 10 months waiting

Good day.

I have a complain specifically for telkom Northgate. On the 14th of February 2025 me and my partner went to purchase 2x Huawei pura 70. Sales went well.. But the issue here is having to receive our earpods and smart watches that comes with the phones... The consultant took out my address to say they will be delivered, we went in again for a follow up and still nothing.. We went in again for the third time... He took out address again and nothing still.. It has been a good ten months now waiting for God knows what...
