Huawei E5372 No Stock

Hi <br> <br> For the past three weeks i have been checking in the Telkom store at cresta mall to purchase a Huawei E5372 wifi router and the staff say theres no stock , so i ask when they will get stock and all 3 times i went in to the store they said the don't know when as the system automatically orders when they out of stock. This is unbelievable that no one follows up after 3 weeks of out of stock.i have to go in to the store to check as well as no one answers the phone at all. i have tried over 10 times to call. i would like to give support to tekom direct however its really frustrating dealing with a retailer that seems to have their processes out of place , i am very frustrated and dissatisfied with the Service of Tekom Direct Cresta mall.
