HUAWEI CELLPHONE REPAIR

I'm dissatisfied with the service, I took my HUAWEI phone for the repair on the 29th of March. I recieved the message on the 11th of April that the repairs to my device have been authorized.

15th of April I received the message that the repair have been completed and my phone has been dispatch back to TELKOM VAAL MALL. Hanset will be delivered in 4 days.

On th 20th I tried to call Telkom vaal mall the number on the receipt is not working. I went there. They told me they will call me when the phone is available, I'm still waiting until today.
