Huawei Cell phone contract

<p>I was offered a cell phone contract telephonically with Telkom on 2016/11/08 This contract was for a Huawei Y5ii dual sim. The sales person could not answer all my questions and I was sceptical about the contract. He for instance could not verify that my residential area would have couverage, but confirmed that we can cancel at any time if I was not 100% happy with the deal. They delivered the phone to my work. After consulting with my husband I decided to cancel the contract and requested Telkom to collect the phone at my work place. The phone was never used and was only collected after several requests. After numerious telephonic recorded requests this contract has since not been cancelled. Every month Telkom deducts money from my account with I ask the bank to revert. Ref # TLM ********** 57</p>
