Huawei 500mb & 5gig data

<p>took the contract with cell Direct on the 8th of Jugly on behalf of Telkom. the device was only activated on the 20th september.</p> <p> </p> <p>I was promised the big deal.....and little did I know I was signing up for ****. the big deal promised 500mb anytime data and 5gig data at the comfort of myour couch anytime of day. </p> <p> </p> <p>now Imy told I have to go to areas with hot spots to access the 5gig data. </p> <p> </p> <p>is it my fault that the sim activation was done 2 months after I recieved device and it was after the Big Deal promotion was over. </p> <p> </p> <p>why must I pay for inefficiencies of Telkom? </p> <p>I need someone to fix this. </p> <p> </p>
