HP Laptop not available

Tried to get a HP laptop on contract with Telkom and went in store only to be told that they Don't have that laptop available, even though it was on Display. I then tried the online route. A consultant gave me a link ( [URL Removed] ) For the deal i wanted and i then app**** for it online. About a week later i got called back stating that they do not sell laptops online and that i should go in store. I then contacted one of their agents (Hophney) via their website whom then advised that she cant be of any assistance; couldn't locate a store with the deal for me nor could she put me in contact with someone who could help. She advised that i would have the \honour\" of locating a store myself."
