How will the service be during the 2 year duration?

I took out a 10mpbs line with telkom. I did the fist application on the 20/12/2018 on the 3/01/2019 i made a follow up call to telkom to get a estimate time for my installation where i was informed that no application was done on the 20/12/2018. We went through the entire process again on the 3/1/2019. They informed me that the installation will take place between 14-20 working days. On the 11/1/2019 at 14:43 (Friday) Telkom called me saying my line would be installed the following week and a technician will get in touch and i made arrangements accordingly. Today 17/01/2019 after battling to get a hold Telkom they eventually called me back. I asked them when the installation will take place this week as per the phone call on the 11/01/2019. SHE told me no one called me (Without even confirming) Then i told her i had concerned about the fact that the line haven't even been installed and already we have issues.
