How to escalate a problem when no-one there gives a f***?!

Last week I gave just over a month's notice for my package (including 3 numbered components for fibre line, fibre data, and a landline - Telkom phone line ********** - Cancellation ref ********** 0, TIN Number - TIN ********** , B number for the fibre - B ********** 61). I gave the notice on 27 November 2018 using the online form, and asked that the notice be recorded such that the contract termination date would be the 29th of December. Someone erroneously and stupid registered the notice period for the fibre line and the landline but made the termination of the fibre data package occur immediately. I thus have no Internet connection but support won't let me log a fault because they physical infrastructure of the fibre line is working, I am just prohibited from sending or receiving any data due to the erroneous data package cancellation. I have spent about 5 hours a day on the phone to Telkom since then and every line I call tells me this is not THEIR responsibility, and passes the buck. I have been promised multiple times that the problem will be fixed "In half an hour" or "by 5pm" or "tomorrow morning" and nothing ever changes. I call the scheduled call that Telkom does when you have given notice, and tried to explain but the call centre woman who called me only wanted to read a script. She would barrel through it as fast as she could and then get to "Is there anything further I can help you with" and I'd say yes please, what I wanted to ask was - and then she would started READING THE SCRIPT AGAIN and get to the end and then very pointedly ask "IS THERE anything else I can help you with?" I think I was supposed to get the message that she wanted to end the call and not help but just read the script, but I insisted on taking her at her word and just answering every time with my question. She eventually started swearing under her breath and then saying things clearly to background ***orkers like "eish" and "this one". When I got a word in she chirped me "well you didn't tell me that". No, I did not, because every time I said half a sentence she drowned me out by re-reading your script. Then she told me helping wasn't her job, there is no-one I can report it to or escalate the call to, and that was the end of that call. If left messages on social media with my cell phone number begging someone to give a hoot and call me, and have had no acknowledgement, let alone response. If anyone at that horror-show you call Telkom (there's a reason everyone calls them "Hellkom") cares at all, please call me on my cell, ********** .
