How to cancel a telkom fixed line service??? ??? ??? ???
I need to cancel my telkom fixed line service. I have done so via the Telkom web page. The response was to first cancel with Afrihost which is my ISP (refrence - ********** 4) Afrihost has now cancelled my ADSL line and I tried to re-submit cancellation.
I am not able to do so as I get a message telling me I have already requested cancellation.
I was explicitly told to resubmit. Please advice.

I got a repsonse from Telkom that they need one calender month for completing the cancellation of service. Howvere it is still pending?
