How to cancel a Showmax subscription billed through Telkom...?

Apparently my Showmax subscription account, which is billed through Telkom, should be canceled through Telkom by phoning 10210...

Now, I have phoned that number numerous times and I keep being transferred, until I eventually just reach the initial department or person.

How on earth can I cancel my Showmax account which is billed through Telkom...???
