HOW THE **** DO YOU DO BUSINESS????

I have been trying to get hold of ALL TELKOM stores in the Northern Suburbs Cape Town, Western Cape area for the last 2 weeks. HOLY ****! None of your centre's answer their telephones, how is it possible that you get new business??? Here I am, trying to get myself a TELKOM ADSL line installed in my new house and yet I STRUGGLE to get hold of anyone who can provide me with package information. Your website is in such shambles it is impossible to navigate to the information I need!<br> Can somebody PLEASE contact me as I would like to have an ADSL line installed! This is ****ing new business for you guys, how the hell do you stay in business if prospective new customers cannot even get hold of you! Seems like I need to go to another ISP and I hope and pray to God there are more people who read this, especially the 186 people who moved into the same apartment block as myself who are also trying to get their lines installed. For **** sakes! Right now I am doubting whether to go with Telkom in the first place!
