HOW THE FU@#% HELL DO WE MAKE IT WORK TELKOM??!!!!!!!!!!!!!

<p>Bought a Telkom Wifi modem at Centurion Mall branch. Was told to bring actual router in as well for setup otherwise it would not work. Went home, brought in router but new lady said this was not necessary. She set up the wifi modem. Got home, did not work. Phoned Telkom Sunday night. Spend hours on the phone with different consultants. Logged a fault, which they never logged. Phoned Telkom from Sunday night everyday up to Thursday night and spend hours trying to get this pathetic software to work. NOTHING!!! Phoned a friend at Telkom who logged the fault. Technician came out and told us everything works perfectly and that it was the Telkom tower that was not working. MY DAUGHTER NOW LEFT FOR BLOEMFONTEIN FOR 1ST YEAR AT VARSITY AND THE #!$&@!! MODEM IS STILL NOT WORKING!! HOW THE FU@#% HELL DO WE MAKE IT WORK TELKOM??!!!!!!!!!!!!! LIVE UP TO YOUR PROMISES!!!! YOU ARE PATHETIC!!</p>
