how telkom wastes your time and money

our phone lines were cut in a telkom manhole on the side of the road last Thrusday, i.e 7 days ago. when we logged the fault a technician actually arrive 2 hours later. Great. But he left again as he was not able to fix the cut cable. Since then we have received sms "we are on it. will fix it in 2 days". I have escalated this every day since then. Still no phone lines. As a small tourism business open 7 days a week this is a ****er. The call center guys from telkom are not the ones to blame but the so called "procedures". Result, its Friday again and no one is likely to show up and have it done. This is unacceptable!!!
