How on earth do I cancel my Telkom service?!

I have been struggling for months now to cancel my Telkom landline. I have tried every avenue available: online, email, 10210, chat, twitter with absolutely NO SUCCESS OR FEEDBACK. And I keep getting billed, which is going to affect my credit rating. Can someone at Telkom cancellations department please assist me.
